Concept-first

See the direction before you hire anybody.

Most shops want a signature before you see anything. I'd rather show you a direction first. Concepts are made selectively, for businesses where I can see a clear opportunity — so a request starts a conversation rather than guaranteeing one.

  1. 01

    I look for the opportunity

I go through your current site or social page and note where jobs are leaking — buried CTAs, unclear services, a rough phone experience.

  2. 02

    Qualified businesses get a direction

Where I see a clear opportunity, I put together a focused homepage direction with your name on it — something to look at instead of a proposal to read.

  3. 03

    You decide

Look at it and say yes or no. Nothing owed either way, no retainer talk.

  4. 04

    Build & launch

We agree on scope, I build it, we launch. You talk to me the whole way through.

Work

Live work and concept builds

Labeled straight: live means real and running, concept means I built it to show direction for that type of business — no client, no claimed results.

View All Work

The gap

Your work is solid. Your site shouldn't be the weak link.

The visitor doesn't know your crew. All they have is what's on the screen, and they decide about you in a few seconds.

  • The quote button is buried

On a phone, that hunt ends with the back button.

  • Services read like a list

A wall of words doesn't tell a buyer whether you do their job.

  • Mobile feels ten years old

Most of your traffic is on a phone, between jobs. That's the screen that has to work.

  • No real RFQ path

Industrial buyers need capabilities and a way to send specs. A contact form isn't that.

Who this is for

Built around how your customers actually buy.

Contractors & Construction

Turn project pages into qualified quote requests from owners and GCs.

Roofing, HVAC & Plumbing

Get the call or the service request before the visitor checks the next name on the list.

Industrial & Marine

Present capabilities clearly enough that a buyer sends a complete RFQ.

Landscaping

Move seasonal and maintenance work into scheduled estimate requests.

Auto Detailing

Take the booking on the phone, in under a minute, with the package already chosen.

Services

What I build, and what it does for you.

Website Design & Development

A site built from scratch around the job you want to win, not a template.

Website Redesigns

Keep what's working, fix the parts that lose people before they call.

Quote & Lead Capture

Forms that ask the right questions so the lead arrives ready to price.

Booking Systems

Let customers pick a time without a phone tag loop.

E-commerce

Parts, packages, or product — a checkout that doesn't fight the buyer.

Landing Pages

One page, one service, one action — for ads, mailers, or a truck decal.

Conversion Optimization

Change what people see first so more of the same traffic reaches out.

Website Management

Updates, new services, and fixes handled without chasing anybody.

Timothy White, founder of ForgeSouth

About

Timothy White, founder of ForgeSouth.

I'm Timothy. I'm based in Louisiana, and I design and build every ForgeSouth site myself. There's no account manager and no handoff — you work directly with the person designing and building your site, start to finish.

I come at this as a business owner first. I run an online store of my own, so I know the feeling of watching a page that isn't converting while money is on the line. That's the lens I bring to a contractor site: what is this page supposed to do, and is it doing it?

I'll tell you straight if a rebuild isn't what you need.

Request a Concept

Next step

Send me your site. I'll tell you the biggest opportunity.

A website, a Facebook page, a Google listing — whatever you have. I'll go through it and point out where jobs are being lost. If there's a clear opportunity, I'll put together a homepage direction so you can judge it for yourself.

I review the business and the current site before anything gets designed. Concepts are offered to businesses that look like a good fit — this form is a request, not a booking, and not everyone gets a free design.
